A trap vector containing a mutated loxP in which, in the loxP sequence consisting of a reverse repetitive sequence 1, and spacer sequence and a reverse repetitive sequence 2 in this order, a mutation is transferred into a part of the reverse repetitive sequence 1 or a part of the reverse repetitive sequence 2.
