TRASH WALKER NO-TILL DRILL PLANTING SYSTEM ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE Drill planting system providing for no-till, uniform seeding through field trash, such as prior crop residue, in which rotatably driven trash walker means is associated with seed drill means to provide for uniform uninterrupted drill planting by preventing build-up of surface trash in front of seed drill means during movement in the planting direction. Surface trash is removed rearwardly of the seed drill means and scattered over planted area. The trash walker means are mounted to provide for pivotal arcuate movement in a vertical plane to allow for changing ground contour. A trash walker wheel is provided with a dished web portion and tooth-like blades extending from the web portion about the periphery of the wheel. Such distal teeth are radially elongated, have rounded terminal ends, are pre- determinedly disposed on each side of the plane of rotation and curved to provide a self-cleaning action during operation. 750-2
