In a system of contact grill, two hinged contact plates are individually heated to contact food on both sides to enclose it uniformly for cooking. The new system is operating at 12 volts from the power of lighter socket of the car, truck, van or other source. Lower plate recessed cooking surface surround the food within the cook plate and also to enclose any melted fat within this recess to flow into a drain to fat storage container.
