A travelling mold has mold blocks formed by opposing mold block sections (35) which open and close relative to one another. The mold sections (35) travel horizontally around a continuous track (T1, T2) which is fitted with a plurality of side-by-side mold block carriers (11) on which the mold block sections (35) are releasably supported. The mold block carriers (11) are provided with carrier gears which engage with the main drive gear (12) of the mold so that the mold is driven by engagement of the drive gear (12) with the carriers (11) and not the mold block sections (35).

Moule mobile formé de blocs de moulage présentant chacun deux coquilles opposées (35) s'ouvrant et se fermant l'une par rapport à l'autre. Lesdits blocs se déplacent horizontalement autour d'une voie continue (T¿1?, T¿2?) munie d'une série de supports (11) disposés côte à côte auxquels les coquilles peuvent être fixées de façon réversible. Lesdits supports (11) sont munis d'une crémaillère s'engageant dans l'engrenage principal (12) d'entraînement du moule qui, de ce fait, est mû par l'action de l'engrenage (12) sur les supports (11) et non sur les coquilles (35).
