The invention relates to a cardboard tray made of three parts, to an assembly of blanks, and to a device and method for producing such a tray. The tray comprises a first part defining a bottom connected by first fold lines to two first opposite sidewalls and two second parts defining second opposite sidewalls, each comprising at least one longitudinal first flap connected to said second wall by a second fold line and glued on the bottom, and two sets of transverse flaps, each comprising at least one transverse flap glued to a first corresponding opposite side wall, respectively.
La présente invention concerne un plateau en carton formé de trois pièces, un ensemble de flans, un dispositif et un procédé pour obtenir un tel plateau. Il comprend une première pièce formant un fond relié par des premières lignes de pliage à deux premières parois latérales opposées et deux deuxièmes pièces formant deux deuxièmes parois latérales opposées comportant chacune au moins un premier rabat longitudinal relié à ladite deuxième paroi par une deuxième ligne de pliage et collé sur le fond et deux jeux de rabats transversaux comportant chacun au moins un rabat transversal respectivement collé sur une première paroi latérale correspondante en vis à vis.
