The present invention provides a novel tread pattern of a tire or a belted tire mounted on a tire of various vehicles comprising a plurality of recesses formed in axial center of a tire which take in snow, dirt, sand or the like, a plurality of ridges formed along opposite edges of the tire, and a plurality of resilient ridges in axial center of a tire, and the combination of these provides profound long-driving performance on normal roads, snow, dirt, sandy soil, gravelled road and so on when applied to a tire or a belted tire. A belted tire is a rectangular rubber belt mounted on a tire which has one of the configurations according to the present invention. A belted tire with a tread pattern in accordance with the present invention provides high durability and profound long-driving performance.
