The invention relates to a method of ven- tilating a treatment cubicle such as a painting or spraying cubicle used for painting items such as vehicle bodies. The fresh air to be supplied to the cubicle is supplied via an air-permeable ceil- ing (1); an air supply chamber (2) is provided above the ceiling (1) and communicates with an inlet air chamber (3) which is connected via at least one aperture (4) to a fresh air supply sys- tem. The volume of fresh air flowing into the air supply chamber (2) can be regulated by al- tering the aperture (4). The proposed process is characterized by the fact that at least some of the fresh air drawn into the inlet air chamber (3) is forced to flow in a path parallel to the ceiling (1) for a predetermined distance before passing via the aperture (4) into the air supply chamber (2), while the parameters needed to regulate the fresh air flow are measured in the end region of the di- rected air stream. The invention also concerns a treatment cubicle. (Fig. 1)
L'invention concerne un procédé pour l'aération d'une cabine de traitement, notamment d'une cabine de vernissage ou de pulvérisation utilisée pour la peinture d'objets tels que carrosseries de voitures automobiles ou analogue, dans lequel l'air pur amené dans la cabine circule au travers d'un plafond perméable à l'air (1), une chambre d'arrivée d'air (2) étant disposée au-dessus du plafond (1), ladite chambre (2) étant reliée, par l'intermédiaire d'au moins un passage (4), à une chambre d'alimentation (3) raccordée à une installation d'alimentation en air pur, et dans lequel la quantité d'air pur envoyée dans la chambre d'arrivée d'air (2) est contrôlée par réglage du diamètre du passage (4). Le procédé est caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une partie de la quantité d'air pur envoyée dans les chambres d'alimentation (3) est guidée dans la chambre (3) par circulation forcée, sur une longueur prédéterminée, parallèlement au plafond (1), avant que la quantité d'air pur s'écoulant par circulation forcée à travers le passage (4) ne pénètre dans la chambre d'arrivée d'air (2), et en ce que dans la zone terminale du guidage forcé, les paramètres nécessaires pour la détermination du volume d'air pur en circulation sont mesurés. L'invention concerne en outre une cabine de traitement.
