PRECIS DE LA DIVULGATION: La présente invention concerne un procédé pour le traitement de pâtes papetières chimiques, du type dans lequel on effectue un premier traitement au moyen d'une solution acide; un deuxième traitement au moyen d'une solu- tion alcaline de peroxyde, caractérisé en ce que le premier traitement acide s'effectue à une température comprise entre 50 et 80°C. Ce nouveau procédé est employé pour le blanchiment des pâtes chimiques.
