- 33 - ABSTRACT The present invention relates to a method of treating a hydrocarbon fuel to minimize the consumption of the fuel, in which a magnet having a very weak magnetic flux density, and the magnetic density at the S pole is larger than that at the N pole is used, and using the magnet of the present invention the fuel cost can be reduced to about 70 - 80 % in comparison with the non-treated fuel.
