The present invention relates to the field of oncology and relates to use of (S)-N-(3,4-difluoro-2- (2-fluoro-4-iodophenylamino)-6-methoxyphenyl)-1-(2,3- dihydroxypropyl)cyclopropane-1-sulfonamide or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof or N-(4-(2-fluoro-4- iodophenylamino)-1,5-dimethyl-6-oxo-1,6-dihydropyridin-3-yl) cyclopropanesulfonamide or a polymorph thereof, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, or pharmaceutical compositions comprising the same, for the preparation of a medicament for the treatment of pancreatic cancer. Further, the present invention provides methods for administering a compound disclosed herein to an individual in need thereof by administering (S)-N-(3,4-di--fluoro-2-(2-fluoro-4-iodophenylamino)-6- methoxyphenyl)-1-(2,3-dihydroxypropyl)cyclopropane-1- sulfonamide or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof or N-(4-(2-fluoro-4-iodophenylamino)-1,5- dimethyl-6-oxo-1,6-dihydropyridin-3-yl)cyclopropane- sulfonamide, or a polymoph thereof, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, or pharmaceutical compositions comprising the same.
