The present invention provides novel combinations comprising a topical anticholinergic drug alone or in combination with topically administered antihistamines, topically or orally administered phosphodiesterase 4 inhibitors or topical corticosteroids for the treatment of rhinitis of various origins. It further comprises presentation of these combinations in locally applied formulations and includes various pharmaceutical formulations suitable for topical application, e.g. nasal sprays, nasal drops, emulsions, pastes, creams and gels.
La présente invention se rapporte à de nouvelles combinaisons comportant un médicament anticholinergique topique seul ou combiné à des antihistaminiques administrés de manière topique, à des inhibiteurs de phosphodiestérase 4 administrés de manière topique ou orale ou à des corticostéroïdes topiques pour le traitement de la rhinite de diverses origines. L'invention concerne en outre la présentation de ces combinaisons dans des formulations appliquées localement et elle concerne diverses formulations pharmaceutiques adaptées à une application topique, par exemple, des pulvérisateurs nasaux, des gouttes nasales, des émulsions, des pâtes, des crèmes et des gels.
