TREE-LOPPING DEVICE ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE Tree-lopping device comprising an elongated frame supporting on the one hand a roller for dragging a tree, moved by a hydraulic motor, and on the other hand a mobile arm articulated on the frame and provided with an idle roller that may abut on the tree in the course of pruning, the movement of said arm with respect to the frame being ensured by a hydraulic jack coupled to the frame and to the arm, said device comprising a pipe which connects the feed conduit for the motor to the feed conduit for the jack in the sense of moving the arm away from the frame, a "shuttle" valve being disposed at the union of said pipe with the feed conduit for the jack to allow the sole passage, towards the chamber of the jack, of the fluid whose pressure is the highest. One application of the invention is the production of a simple and effective pruning device.
