The present invention relates to a tremolo rocking bridge; for a stringed musical instrument, having a head; a body, a neck connecting the head to the body; a plurality of strings one ends connected to the head, the opposite end or bead end of strings, anchored to the tremolo string bridge recessed in the body, a hand lever mounted on the base plate, for pivoting up or down the base plate into the recess in the body, this increases or decreases the tension on the strings thus creating a tremolo effect, the spring assembly mounted on the underside of the base plate, allows for movement, yet returns the base plate to its original position, which is regulated by a single adjustment screw, which has dual roles, it holds the tremolo rocking bridge in place, as well as sets the tension to coilsprings to oppose the pull of the strings, tension is easily adjusted from the back of the instrument.
