Triamino- and fluoroalkyl-functional organosiloxanes Disclosed are organosiloxanes which contain: at least one triamino group of the formula: [NHx (CH2) aNHy (CH2)bNHz]- (I) (wherein a and b are each an integer of from 1 to 6, x is 0, 1 or 2, y is 0 or 1, z is 0, 1 or 2, with the proviso that (x+y+z)<_ 4, the total of x, y and z is not more than 4) bonded to at least one silicon atom via at least one N-bonded alkylene group having 1 to 4 C atoms and at least one Si-C-bonded fluoroalkyl group of the formula: F3C(CF2)r(CH2)s- (II) (wherein r is an integer of 0 to 18 and s is 0 or 2). Such organosiloxanes and organosiloxane-containing compositions are obtainable by mixing at least one corresponding triaminoalkoxysilane and at least one fluoroalkyl-functional alkoxysilane, hydrolyzing the components and subjecting them to cocondensation, and partly or completely removing the alcohol, including the hydrolysis alcohol. The organosilanes are useful, among others, for hydrophobicising material surfaces.
