An aesthetic and highly functional massage tool is disclosed which comprises a generally triangular frame adapted to be held in the palm of one hand. It has three leg members, each leg member extending generally from a bottom side corner portion of the frame a height generally exceeding the thickness of a finger. Each leg having a generally rounded bottom portion. The legs and triangular frame are monolithically molded from plastic. In the preferred embodiment the triangular frame has a generally triangular void which extends wholly therethrough and is sufficiently large to accommodate insertion of fingers along a side thereof. This triangular design enables one to securely and comfortably hold the massage tool in multiple positions while during use. This is important because use in any one position tires particular muscles of the massageur. It also facilitates massaging different body portions in differing manners. The triangular void facilitates wrapping one's fingers around the massage tool. It enables one to slide the tool along while pushing downwardly on it. One's hand effortlessly falls within the triangular void and over the exterior of the triangular frame sufficiently to prevent the tool from slipping out from beneath one's hand. The triangular void also allows one to massage holding the tool in an upright position. In the most preferred embodiment the generally triangular frame has the shape of a heart and the plastic is marbled in more than one color.

L'invention concerne un outil de massage esthétique et hautement fonctionnel, comportant un cadre généralement triangulaire tenant dans la paume de la main. Il est doté de trois pattes, en saillie sur le dessous d'un angle du cadre, d'une hauteur généralement supérieure à la grosseur d'un doigt. Chaque patte a une partie inférieure généralement arrondie. Les pattes et le cadre triangulaire sont en plastique moulé monopièce. Dans la variante privilégiée de l'invention, le cadre triangulaire comporte un vide, généralement triangulaire et suffisamment grand pour permettre l'insertion des doigts le long d'un de ses côtés. La forme triangulaire permet au masseur de tenir fermement et confortablement l'outil de massage dans diverses positions, empêchant ainsi la fatigue musculaire attribuable à l'utilisation de l'outil dans une seule et même position. Elle permet aussi de masser de différentes manières des parties différentes du corps. Grâce au vide triangulaire, il est possible de passer les doigts autour de l'outil de massage et de faire glisser celui-ci tout en exerçant une pression vers le bas. La main tombe dans le vide triangulaire sans effort de même que par-dessus l'extérieur du cadre suffisamment pour éviter que l'outil n'échappe de la main. Le vide triangulaire permet en outre d'effectuer un massage en tenant l'outil à la verticale. Dans la variante que l'on privilégie le plus, le cadre généralement triangulaire a la forme d'un coeur et le plastique est marbré de plus d'une couleur.
