Abstract of the Disclosure 1,2,4-Triazolo[4,3-c]pyrimidines and 1,2,4-triazolo[1,5-c]pyrimidines substituted at the 5 or 7 positions through a nitrogen atom which is part of a hetero- cyclic ring have been found to have potent bronchodilator activity. Methods for inducing bronchodilation and pharmaceutical compositions are also disclosed.
