The invention relates to triazolopyridine dyes of formula (I) where one of the two groups A and E stands for nitrogen and the other stands for a group of formula C-R1, in which R1 stands for optionally substituted C1-C20 alkyl, optionally substituted phenyl or optionally substituted mercapto, Q is a group of formula (i) or (ii) where R2 stands for a carbocyclic or heterocyclic group, R3 stands for optionally substituted C1-C20 alkyl, C1-C4 alkoxycarbonyl or optionally substituted phenyl, R4 stands for cyano, carbamoyl, carboxyl, C1- C4 alkoxycarbonyl or benzothiazolyl, or R3 and R4 together stand for the group of a fused benzo ring, and X stands for CH or nitrogen, and R5 signifies oxygen or a group of a CH acid compound. The invention further relates to a process for the heat transfer of these dyes.

L'invention concerne des colorants de triazolopyridine de formule (I) où l'un des deux restes A et E représente azote et l'autre un reste de formule C-R?1¿, où R?1¿ représente alkyle C¿1?-C¿20? éventuellement substitué, phényle éventuellement substitué ou mercapto éventuellement substitué, Q un reste de formule (i) ou (ii), où R?2¿ représente un reste carbocyclique ou hétérocyclique, R?3¿ représente alkyle C¿1?-C¿4? éventuellement substitué, alcoxycarbonyle C¿1?-C¿4? ou phényle éventuellement substitué, R?4¿ représente cyano, carbamyle, carboxyle, alcoxycarbonyle C¿1?-C¿4? ou benzothiazolyle ou R?3¿ et R?4¿ représentent ensemble le reste d'un noyau benzénique annelé et X représente CH ou azote, et R?5¿ représente oxygène ou un reste d'un composé CH acide. L'invention concerne en outre un procédé de transfert thermique de ces colorants.
