The present invention is directed to novel tricyclic antidepressant derivatives which are synthesized for the covalent attachment to antigens (proteins or polypeptides) for the preparation of antibodies or receptors to tricyclic antidepressant and tricyclic antidepressant metabolites. The resulting novel antigens may be used for the production of antibodies or receptors using standard methods. Once generated, the antibodies or receptors and the novel derivatives which are covalently attached to proteins, polypeptides or labels my be used in the immonoassay process.
La présente invention porte sur de nouveaux dérivés d'antidépresseurs tricycliques qui sont synthétisés pour se lier par covalence à des antigènes (protéines ou polypeptides) en vue de la préparation d'anticorps ou de récepteurs pour les antidépresseurs tricycliques et les métabolites d'antidépresseurs tricycliques. Les nouveaux antigènes ainsi obtenus peuvent être utilisés pour la production d'anticorps ou de récepteurs à l'aide des méthodes standard. Une fois produits, les anticorps ou récepteurs et les nouveaux dérivés qui sont liés par covalence à des protéines, polypeptides ou étiquettes peuvent être utilisés dans des méthodes d'immunodosage.
