The present invention relates to tricyclic compounds represented by general formula (I) which are useful as therapeutic agents for urinary incontinence: (see formula I) wherein R1 represents hydrogen and the like; -X1-X2-X3- represents -CR2=CR3-CR4=CR5- (wherein R2, R3, R4, and R5 represent hydrogen and the like) and the like; and Y represents -CH2O- and the like.
