ABSTRACT TRIGLYCERIDE, NUTRITIONAL COMPOSITION COMPRISING SUCH TRIGLYCERIDE, AND USE OF THE NUTRITIONAL COMPOSITION FOR NUTRITION The triglyceride is 2-eicosapentaenoyl-1,3- didecanoyl glycerol, the compositions comprising this triglyceride are nutritional compositions for enteral or parenteral purposes. In this manner triglycerides are provided which when used for nutrition exhibits an improved bioavailability in regard to naturally occurring triglycerides containing EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid).
