1. A friction modifier composition is disclosed that comprises an oil of lubricating viscosity and containing a friction-reducing amount of an additive comprising; (A) at least one natural oil comprising an animal oil or vegetable oil comprising a triglyceride of the formula (see Formula I) (A') a diglyceride of the formula (see Formula II, or II) wherein R1, R2 and R3 are independently saturated or unsaturated aliphatic hydrocarbyl groups containing from about 8 to about 24 carbon atoms and (B) at least one metal overbased composition.
