A miniature trimmer resistor has a resistor carrier with resistive path deposited thereon and solder contacts electrically connected to the resistive path. The resistor carrier and solder contacts are formed by means of a single film of electrically insulating material. This film is covered of coated with electrically conductive material in the region of the solder contacts and printed with a resistive enamel in the region of the resistive path.
