The present invention relates to a compound for use as a chelator in the radioactive labeling of biomolecules with metal tricarbonyl complexes, which compound has the general Formula (I) wherein M is a monovalent cation, such as Li, Na, K, Tl, Rb, Cs or an alkyl ammonium; R1 is H, alkyl, aryl or a biomolecule; R2 is H or a pendant arm, said pendant arm optionally comprises a biomolecule, with the proviso that when R1 is H, R2 is not H or COOH, and when R1 is alkyl or aryl, R2 is not H.

La présente invention concerne un composé destiné à une utilisation en tant que chélateur dans le marquage radioactif de biomolécules avec des complexes tricarbonyliques métalliques, ledit composé étant représenté par la Formule générale (I) dans laquelle M représente un cation monovalent, tel que Li, Na, K, Tl, Rb, Cs ou un alkyle ammonium ; R1 représente H, alkyle, aryle ou une biomolécule ; R2 représente H ou un bras pendant, ledit bras pendant comprenant éventuellement une biomolécule, à condition que lorsque R1 représente H, R2 ne représente ni H, ni COOH, et que lorsque R1 représente un alkyle ou un aryle, R2 ne représente pas H.
