ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE Tris(disubstituted amino)sulfonium perfluorocarbanion salts and their preparation are disclosed. The salts are of the formula Image wherein each R is alkyl or defined cycloalkyl and each Rf is perfluoroalkyl or perfluorocycloalkyl.
