The present invention relates to 1-aryl-3-aniline-5-alkyl-1,2,4-triazole derivatives and analogues or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, processes for preparing them, pharmaceutical compositions containing them and their use in therapy, according to Formula (I). The invention particularly relates to potent positive allosteric modulators of nicotinic acetylcholine receptors, such positive allosteric modulator having the capability to increase the efficacy of nicotinic receptor agonists.
La présente invention porte sur des dérivés de 1-aryl-3-aniline-5-alkyl-l,2,4-triazole et sur des analogues ou des sels pharmaceutiquement acceptables de ceux-ci, sur des procédés permettant de les préparer, sur des compositions pharmaceutiques les contenant et sur leur utilisation thérapeutique, selon la Formule (I). L'invention porte en particulier sur des modulateurs allostériques positifs puissants des récepteurs nicotiniques à l'acétylcholine. De tels modulateurs allostériques positifs peuvent augmenter l'efficacité d'agonistes des récepteurs nicotiniques.
