Abstract New trisubstituted pyrimido[5,4-d]pyrimidines of general formula Image (I) in which either R1 represents an optionally substituted alkyl group and R2 represents a hydrogen atom or an optionally substi- tuted alkyl group, or R1 and R2 represent, together with the nitrogen atom to which they are attached, an optionally substituted cyclic imino group; R3 represents an optionally substituted cyclic imino group; and R represents a substituted hydroxy, mercapto or amino group; and their acid addition salts, which have useful pharmacologi- cal properties, especially anti-thrombotic activities.
