The present invention concerns a trocar comprising a body (13, 14, 15, 25, 26), coupled to a hollow cylindrical cannula (29) in which a n obturator (23) is insertable, and a top cap (10), having a top, that is capable to be removably coupled to the body (13,14,15), characterised in that th e top cap (10) has p Ian inscri bable in to a c ircle of radius R1, wherein a first section of the top cap (10) with a first plane passing through the top has a first upper contour comprising a central portion having a radius R2 of curvature not lower than the radius R1 of the circle into which the plan of the top cap (10) is inscribable, and wherein a second section of the top cap (10) with a second plane orthogonal to the first one and passing through the top has a second upper contour comprising a rear portion (72) having a radius R4 of curvature larger than the radius R1 of the circle into which the plan of the top cap (10) is inscribable.

La présente invention concerne un trocart comprenant: un corps (13, 14, 15, 25, 26) couplé à une canule cylindrique creuse (29) dans laquelle un obturateur (23) est insérable; et un bouchon supérieur (10) muni d'un embout pouvant être fixé amovible au corps (13, 14, 15). Le bouchon supérieur (10) se caractérise en ce qu'il présente un plan inscriptible dans un cercle de rayon R1. Une première section du bouchon supérieur (10), dont un premier plan traverse le sommet, comprend un premier contour supérieur présentant une partie centrale dont le rayon de courbure R2 n'est pas inférieur au rayon R1 du cercle dans lequel le plan du bouchon supérieur (10) est inscriptible. Une seconde section du bouchon supérieur (10), dont un second plan orthogonal au premier plan traverse le sommet, comprend un second contour supérieur présentant une partie arrière (72) dont le rayon de courbure R4 est supérieur au rayon R1 du cercle dans lequel le plan du bouchon supérieur (10) est inscriptible.
