At least one fluid passageway is defined, for example, in either the expandable sleeve (200) itself, or defined by the combination of the needle (232) or trocar assembly (236) and the expandable sleeve (200). Visual identifiers (244) are used with the fluid delivery cannula (200) to visually distinguish the location of the fluid passageway relative to an adjacent area.
