ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A truck bed liner has upper edge portions when in the operative position, terminating in laterally outboard extending top flanges adapted to cover the corresponding ledges of the side walls of the truck bed. An opening extends through the top ledge of the bed and a fastener secured to the top flange of the liner is adapted to secure the flange to the opening.
