A glass panel dividing system used with true light glass panels is formed using a plurality of vinyl muntin bars. These muntin bars include a primary bar for spanning the frame surrounding the glass panels and a plurality of secondary bars intersected by the primary bar. All of the bars have panel receiving recesses along opposite sides of the bars. Each primary bar has opposite frame mounting ends and at least one of the secondary bars also has a frame mounting end. All of the frame mounting ends on the bars are provided with internal anchor pockets and each secondary bar also has a bar fitting end with a bite for positively securing to the primary bar. The system further includes a plurality of rigid frame anchor members which secure from the frame into the anchor pockets of the bars having the frame mounting ends.
