In accordance with one embodiment, the present technique relates to a system including a truss fabrication table (12), a plurality of lights disposed at coordinates on the truss fabrication table, and a light alignable puck (20) disposed on the truss fabrication table. The light alignable puck is configured to align with an illuminated one of the plurality of lights at selected coordinates.
