A package containing food tubs (T) having connecting flanges (F). The flanges are angled at the comers so that an opening (14) is formed between the flanges of four adjacent tubs. A carrier (16) includes slots (32) in side panels through which adjacent tub flanges extend and a finger hole (30) in the top panel overlying the opening (14) between the flanges. This enables the package to be lifted from beneath the flanges adjacent the finger hole.

L'invention concerne un emballage fait de pots (T) contenant des produits alimentaires, ces pots étant tenus ensemble par leurs brides (F). Les brides sont coupées aux coins, pour former une ouverture (14) dans les brides entre quatre pots adjoignants. Le support (16) a des fentes (32) dans ses panneaux latéraux dans lesquelles pénètrent des brides de pots adjacents et un trou (30) pour un doigt dans le panneau supérieur, venant juste au-dessus de l'ouverture (14) entre les brides. Ceci permet de soulever l'emballage en le tenant sous les brides, au voisinage du trou pour un doigt.
