LANCE TIP CONSTRUCTION ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A tube cleaning lance tip construction including a body portion, a first bore extending longitudinally of said body portion for receiving high pressure liquid, a line of second bores in communication with said first bore and extending longitudinally of said body portion for conducting high pressure liquid to the outside of said body portion, said second bores terminating at planar surfaces extending transversely to the longitudinal axis of said body portion, serrated edges on the body portion, and a blade extending longitudinally of said body portion and being located generally diametrically opposite to said line of second bores so as to engage the inside of said tube with a force produced by the reaction from the liquid emanating from said second bores.
