The invention relates to a tube (1) for lining pipes (2) and channels and to a method and device for the production thereof. The tube is comprised of a coated woven fabric (3) made of highly elastic warp threads (4) and of weft threads (5) having a lower degree of elasticity. The aim of the invention is to use the inventive tube (1) for lining sharp curves (29) or angles of pipes (2) without the occurrence of creases and in an all-over manner. To this end, the highly elastic warp threads (4) are stabilized on straight pipe sections (2) by a cover yarn and, as a result, exhibit a limited degree of longitudinal stretching in this area so that the tube (1) can be placed in the pipe (2) in a manner which adheres to quality. In curved pipe sections (29), the high degree of elasticity of the base warp thread (4) is activated by an increase in force occurring when these sections are passed through. The high degree of elasticity is activated by nullifying the forces of the cover yarn so that the tube (1) rests in these areas on the inner wall of the pipe in an all-over manner and without the occurrence of creases. A novel coating technique makes it possible to produce the coating (6) of the highly elastic thread.
L'invention concerne un flexible destiné à garnir des canalisations et de canaux, ainsi qu'un procédé et un dispositif permettant de le produire. Le flexible comprend une structure enduite, à base de fils de chaîne très élastiques et de fils de trame de moindre élasticité. Ce flexible permet de garnir, pour la première fois, l'intérieur de canalisations présentant des coudes ou des angles marqués, sans formation de plis et en couvrant toute la surface. A cet effet, les fils de chaîne très élastiques sont stabilisés sur des sections droites de canalisations, par un fil de guipage et présentent ainsi un allongement limité, de manière que le flexible puisse être placé conformément aux normes de qualité dans la canalisation concernée. Dans des canalisations coudées, la grande élasticité du fil de chaîne de base est activée par une augmentation de la force intervenant lors du passage à travers ces sections, du fait que les forces exercées par le fil de guipage sont augmentées, afin que le flexible épouse dans ces zones toute la surface de la paroi intérieure du tube, sans formation de plis. Le fil très élastique peut être enduit grâce à une nouvelle technique d'enduction.
