A tube-joining apparatus capable of stably and reliably joining tubes where liquid is contained and sealed. In a tube joining apparatus, a first clamp (6) and second clamp (7) for pressing and holding tubes (8, 9) are arranged in a contact state. When a second moving mechanism is driven to separate the second clamp (7) from the first clamp (6), the first clamp (6) is slid on the tubes by a shaft (121) supporting the first clamp (6) in a vertically movable manner and is moved from a first position (P1) to a second position (P2). The tubes are squeezed with a pressing force being gradually increased while the tubes are slid between slants (67, 77) of an engagement portion (68) and second engagement portion (78). Residual liquid in the tubes is removed from inside the tubes by the squeezing operation of the first clamp 6. The tubes from which the residual liquid is removed are cut by a cutting plate (41), the tubes are moved by first and second moving mechanisms, and then the tubes are joined.
L'invention concerne un appareil d'assemblage de tubes permettant d'assembler de façon stable et fiable des tubes dans lesquels un liquide est contenu hermétiquement. Dans un appareil d'assemblage de tubes de ce type, un premier (6) et un second (7) dispositif de serrage, destinés à presser et maintenir des tubes (8, 9), sont mis en contact. Lorsqu'un second mécanisme de déplacement est entraîné de façon à séparer le second dispositif de serrage (7) du premier dispositif de serrage (6), le premier dispositif de serrage (9) est glissé sur les tubes dans un mouvement vertical par un arbre (121) supportant ce premier dispositif de serrage (6) puis déplacé d'une première position (P1) vers une seconde position (P2). Les tubes sont pressés à l'aide d'une force de pressage progressivement augmentée à mesure que les tubes sont glissés entre des inclinaisons (67, 77) d'une première (68) et d'une seconde (78) pièce d'engagement. Le liquide résiduel contenu dans les tubes est évacué par l'opération de pressage effectuée par le premier dispositif de serrage (6). Les tubes desquels le liquide résiduel est évacué sont coupés par une plaque de coupe (41), déplacés par des premier et second mécanismes de déplacement puis assemblés.
