The invention concerns a manual scraping device (10) by rotation around the outer surface of a plastic tube (112), comprising an annular structure (11) provided with a passage (20) for receiving the tube and guiding it and a blade (30) attached to the annular structure (11). The passage runs through the annular structure on either side and is partly obstructed by a shoulder (50) defining a zone restricting (52) the passage, such that the shoulder defines a stop element for an unscraped part of the tube and allows through a scraped part of the tube through said restriction.
