ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A tubular one-way closure for injecting a material, particularly synthetic plastic foam material, into a hole has a throttle channel through which the material is to be injected, and a central tube rotatable about its axis and movable in its axial direction. The closure also comprises an expandable anchoring mem- ber actuated by said central tube so as to anchor said closure in said hole while being expanded, and an elastic sealing member also actuated by said central tube so as to seal said hole after anchor- ing of the same. -1-
