A tubular pipe helix system (10) includes a coupler (16) which has a sleeve (60 or 70) which is affixed internally or externally of, and in overlapping relationship with, an end (36) of one shaft (12) to create an enhanced wall thickness (W3) thereat and which is to be received in a collar (52) affixed to one end (40) of another shaft (14), with the two shafts able to be connected together by a single bolt (50) extending through the sleeve (60 or 70), the end (36) of the shaft (12), and collar (52) so as to transmit high torque without the need for multiple bolts.

Ce système de lames hélicoïdales sur tuyau tubulaire (10) pourvu d'un coupleur (16). Il comporte un manchon (60 ou 70) prenant à l'intérieur ou à l'extérieur d'une extrémité (36) d'un arbre (12) de façon à y former une épaisseur de paroi renforcée (W3). Ce manchon est reçu dans un collier (52) solidaire d'une extrémité (40) d'un autre arbre (14). Les deux arbres peuvent être réunis par un unique boulon (50) passé au travers du manchon (60 ou 70), de l'extrémité (36) de l'arbre (12) et du collier (52) de façon à transmettre un couple important sans qu'il y ait besoin d'un boulonnage complexe.
