The invention relates to a tubular joint comprising a conical male thread (3) and a conical female thread (4). According to the invention, an annular housing (20) is disposed close the free end (14) of the female element (2) and is used to house a deformable sealing ring (35). Said sealing ring is in sealed contact with the peripheral surface (22) of the housing and with the diminishing threads (13) of the male thread and bears axially against a shoulder (25) which faces the aforementioned free end, thereby limiting the housing.
