ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A patient treatment table having a bed supported pivotally by a base wherein the bed also has pivotal footboard mechanism. An actuator extends along the same central plane as a base member which provides elevation for the bed. The actuator not only pivots the bed, but also through a push rod pivots the footboard mechanism.
