Tumor antigen peptide derivatives containing the whole amino acid sequence derived from the amino acid sequence Glu Tyr Arg Gly Phe Thr Gln Asp Phe (SEQ ID NO:3) by altering one to several amino acid residues or a part thereof and capable of binding to HLA-A24 antigen and thus being recognized by cytotoxic T cells; the use of these tumor antigen peptide derivatives in treating, preventing and diagnosing tumors; and remedies or preventives for tumors containing these peptide derivatives as the active ingredient.
