The disclosure relates to the identification and use of gene expression profiles namely of the genes BubB1, CENPA, NEK2, RAC-GAP1 and RRM2 for the grading, the prognosis of cancer recurrence, the prediction of responsiveness of a subject to treatment with endocrene therapy, chemotherapy, or radiation therapy. The disclosure further comprises a method to determine therapeutic treatment of estrogene-receptor negative breast cancer patients, a method of determining the tumor grade of said cancer patients, said methods using expression profiling of the genes above.

L'invention concerne l'identification et l'utilisation de profils d'expression génétique, à savoir, des gènes BubB1, CENPA, NEK2, RACGAP1 et RRM2 pour le grading, le pronostic de récidive du cancer, la prédiction de sensibilité d'un sujet à un traitement par une thérapie endocrine, une chimiothérapie, ou une radiothérapie. L'invention concerne également une méthode pour déterminer un traitement thérapeutique de patients atteints de cancer du sein à récepteurs oestrogéniques négatifs, une méthode pour déterminer le grading tumoral desdits patients atteints de cancer du sein, lesdites méthodes faisant appel à l'établissement du profil d'expression des gènes susmentionnés.
