The disclosure relates to the identification and use of gene expression profiles namely of the genes BubB1, CENPA, NEK2, RAC-GAP1 and RRM2 for the grading, the prognosis of cancer recurrence, the prediction of responsiveness of a subject to treatment with endocrene therapy, chemotherapy, or radiation therapy. The disclosure further comprises a method to determine therapeutic treatment of estrogene-receptor negative breast cancer patients, a method of determining the tumor grade of said cancer patients, said methods using expression profiling of the genes above.

L'invention concerne également une méthode pour déterminer un traitement thérapeutique de patients atteints de cancer du sein à récepteurs oestrogéniques négatifs, une méthode pour déterminer le grading tumoral desdits patients atteints de cancer du sein, lesdites méthodes faisant appel à l'établissement du profil d'expression des gènes susmentionnés.
