Tumor vaccines containing fine particles or dissolved matters prepared from a solidified tumor material selected from the group consisting of tumor tissues, tumor cells and components thereof and at least one cytokine and/or a cytokine inducer (for example, granulocyte macrophage colony-stimulating factor and/or interleukin 2, etc.) optionally together with an adjuvant. These vaccines are characterized in that they can be easily handled, are widely applicable to the prevention of recurrence, prevention of metastasis and treatment of any tumor regardless of type, and have a high antitumor effect.

Cette invention concerne des vaccins anti-tumeurs renfermant de fines particules ou des matières dissoutes obtenues à partir de matière tumorale solidifiée prise dans le groupe composé de tissus tumoraux, de cellules tumorales et d'éléments tirés desdits tissus et cellules, et au moins une cytokine et/ou un inducteur de cytokine (par exemple facteur stimulant les colonies de granulocytes-macrophages et/ou interleukine 2, etc.), éventuellement avec un excipient. Ces vaccins se caractérisent en ce qu'ils se manipulent facilement, conviennent dans une large mesure pour la prévention ou la récurrence, la prévention et le traitement des métastases des tumeurs de quelque type que ce soit, et ont une puissante action antitumorale.
