The invention relates to tumour-inhibiting platinum (II) oxalate complexes, the use thereof as a therapeutic agent, in particular as a tumour-inhibiting medicament. Particularly of interest are compounds of general formula (I), where the substituents R1, R1~, R2, R2 , R3, R3~, R4, and R4~ are independently selected from the group of hydrogen, unsubstituted or substituted alkyl, unsubstituted or substituted alkenyl, unsubstituted or substituted cycloalkyl, unsubstituted or substituted cycloalkenyl, unsubstituted or substituted aryl and unsubstituted or substituted alkylaryl groups, the substituents R5, R5~, R6, and R6~ are independently selected from the group of hydrogen, unsubstituted or substituted alkyl and unsubstituted or substituted alkenyl groups and optionally at least two of the substituents R1, R1~, R2, R2~, R3, R3~, R4, and R4~ can together form at least one unsubstituted or substituted alkenyl, unsubstituted or substituted alkenylene group or an unsubstituted or substituted aromatic ring and optionally at least one of the carbon atoms of the cyclohexane ring carrying the substituents R1, R1~, R2, R2~, R3, R3~, R4, and R4~ is replaced by a heteroatom and when the heteroatom is oxygen, the substituents R1, R1~, R2, R2~, R3, R3~, R4, and R4~ can additionally be hydroxy groups and the pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof with the condition that at least one substituent R1, R1~, R2, R2~, R3, R3~, R4, R4~ is not hydrogen and the substituents R1 or R1~ and R4 or R4~ do not form an unsubstituted C1-2 alkylene group together.
L~invention concerne des complexes platine(II)-oxalato inhibiteurs de tumeurs, leur utilisation comme agent thérapeutique, notamment comme médicament inhibiteur de tumeurs. L~invention concerne en particulier des composés de formule générale (I), dans laquelle les substituants R?1¿, R?1~¿, R?2¿, R?2~¿, R?3¿, R?3~¿, R?4¿ et R?4~¿ sont sélectionnés indépendamment les uns des autres dans le groupe comprenant hydrogène, des restes alkyle non substitués ou substitués, des restes alkényle non substitués ou substitués ou des restes cycloalkyle non substitués ou substitués, des restes cycloalkényle non substitués ou substitués, des restes aryle non substitués ou substitués et des restes alkylaryle non substitués ou substitués, les substituants R?5¿, R?5~¿, R?6¿ et R?6~¿ sont sélectionnés indépendamment les uns des autres dans le groupe comprenant hydrogène, des restes alkyle non substitués ou substitués et des restes alkényle non substitués ou substitués, et éventuellement dans chaque cas, au moins deux des substituants R?1¿, R?1~¿, R?2¿, R?2~¿, R?3¿, R?3~¿, R?4¿ et R?4¿~ peuvent former conjointement au moins un reste alkylène non substitué ou substitué, un reste alkénylène non substitué ou substitué ou un composé cyclique aromatique non substitué ou substitué, et éventuellement au moins un des atomes de carbone du composé cyclique cyclohexane, qui portent les substituants R?1¿, R?1~¿, R?2¿, R?2~¿, R?3¿, R?3~¿, R?4¿ et R?4~¿ est remplacé par un hétéroatome, et si ledit hétéroatome est oxygène, les substituants R?1¿, R?1~¿, R?2¿, R?2~¿, R?3¿, R?3~¿, R?4¿ et R?4~¿ peuvent en outre désigner des restes hydroxy. L~invention concerne également des sels pharmaceutiquement tolérables desdits composés, sous réserve qu'au moins un substituant R?1¿, R?1~¿, R?2¿, R?2~¿, R?3¿, R?3~¿, R?4¿, R?4~¿ soit différent d'hydrogène et que les substituants R?1¿ ou R?1~¿ et R?4¿ ou R?4~¿ ne puissent former conjointement de reste alkylène C¿1-2? non substitué.
