The invention relates to a tumour vaccine with a tumour antigen base. In addition to a source of tumour antigens, the vaccine contains a release system for the delayed release of the active agent IFN-.gamma., the active dose of IFN-.gamma. being 50 ng to 5 µg. The IFN-.gamma. is released over a period ranging from several hours to several days. The IFN-.gamma. release system consists preferably of liposomes, and the tumour antigen source preferably of allogenic tumour cells.

L'invention concerne une vaccine tumorale à base d'antigènes tumoraux, qui contient, comme composant actif, en plus d'une source d'antigènes tumoraux, un système d'administration à libération retardée de principe actif, à savoir du IFN-.gamma., la dose efficace de IFN-.gamma. étant de 50 ng-5 µg et la libération du principe actif se faisant pendant une période pouvant aller de plusieurs heures à plusieurs jours. Le système d'administration de IFN-.gamma. est constitué, de préférence, de liposomes, et la source d'antigènes tumoraux est constituée, de préférence, de cellules tumorales allogènes.
