The invention relates to a tumour vaccine and a process for the preparation thereof. The tumour vaccine contains tumour cells, at least a portion of which has at least one MHC-I-haplotype of the patient on the cell surface, and which have been loaded in such a manner with one or a plurality of peptides bonding to the MHC-I-molecule that said tumour cells are recognised as foreign within the context of the peptides by the patient's immune system and trigger a cellular immune response. Loading takes place in the presence of a polycation such as polylysine.

L'invention se rapporte à un vaccin tumoral et à son procédé de fabrication. Le vaccin tumoral contient des cellules tumorales dont au moins une partie présente au moins un haplotype MHC-I du patient à la surface de la cellule et qui ont été chargées avec un ou plusieurs peptides se liant à la molécule MHC-I, de telle façon que les cellules tumorales, dans le contexte des peptides, sont reconnues comme étrangères par le système immunitaire du patient et déclenchent une réponse immunitaire cellulaire. La charge s'effectue en présence d'un polycation tel que la polylysine.
