(57) Abstract A matching network is to be provided which can quickly and easily be tuned to a desired impedance. The matching network has a first and a second line (L1, L2) which are interconnected at one end, while their other ends are coupled to a microwave line (L), and a third line (L3) which branches off from the interconnection of the other two lines (L1, L2). The first and/or second line (L1, L2) and the third line (L3) are loaded with ferrit (F1,F2,F31,F32). The ferrite (F1,F2) of the first and/ or second line (L1,L2) and that (F31,F32) of the third line (L3) are ex- posed to separate magnetic fields (M1, M2) which can be varied inde- pendently of each other.
