Turbine blade that is cooled by automatically variable internal circulation of coolant. The blade comprises orifices (22) situated under the blade root (14) and via which the coolant enters, and an adjusting plate (27) with holes (29) which are situated facing the orifices, the adjusting plate having a different coefficient of expansion from that of the blade root.
