A turbine motor includes a venturi body. The venturi body has an inlet, an outlet, and a central portion. The inlet converges toward the central portion, and the outlet diverges away from the central portion, such that air passes through the inlet toward the outlet. A fuel outlet is positioned within the converging inlet. The fuel outlet creates an air/fuel mixture with air present in the inlet. A combustion chamber is provided within the central portion that has an ignitor for igniting the air/fuel mixture as it passes through the combustion chamber. A turbine rotor is positioned within the central portion. The turbine rotor has a motor function and a generator function. In the motor function, the rotor draws the air/fuel mixture into the combustion chamber to be burned, and in the generator function, the rotor generates power from one of the air/fuel mixture and air passing through the central portion.
