A turbine rotor blade repair method which reduces the occurrence of cracks due to welding is provided. A turbine rotor blade repair method for repairing damage of a fin at a tip of a turbine rotor blade includes overlaying a damaged portion of the fin with metal by welding (step S2); peening on a boundary region between the fin and the overlaying metal (step S4); and after the peening, performing solution treatment to repair the damage of the fin of the turbine rotor blade (step S6).

L'invention vise à proposer un procédé destiné à réparer une aube de rotor de turbine tout en réduisant l'apparition de fissure provoquée par le soudage. A cet effet, l'invention porte sur un procédé permettant de réparer une ailette endommagée à l'extrémité de pointe d'une aube de rotor de turbine. Le procédé consiste à plaquer la partie endommagée d'une ailette par soudage (étape S2) ; à marteler la zone frontière entre l'ailette et la partie plaquée par soudage (étape S4) ; puis à réaliser un traitement thermique en solution (étape S6). Ce procédé permet de réparer une ailette de l'aube de rotor de turbine endommagée.
